Overview

Introduced in 2002 by Sega & Microsoft, the Sega Chihiro was a arcade system. Its platform tag is chihiro for proper filtering.

Technical specifications

  • CPU: Intel Pentium III (Coppermine) clocked at 733 MHz, the same core used in the original Xbox.
  • Memory: 128 MB DDR SDRAM shared between CPU and GPU, plus 128 MB internal graphics memory on the NV2A chipset.
  • Display: Nvidia NV2A GPU (GeForce3-class) outputting 640×480 progressive or 720×480 interlaced with full hardware transform and lighting.
  • Sound: Integrated AC'97 audio controller delivering multi-channel PCM and hardware mixing identical to Xbox audio subsystems.

Notes

Place your Xbox compatible Chihiro roms in here. Currently support ISO's are: - Ghost Squad - Outrun 2 - Virtual Cop 3

You will also need the Cerbios flashrom in your bios directory. - Most modern Cerbios versions will work with the udma variants not being necessary.
